Ultimate Staffing has a great opportunity for an Office Assistant. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment. This is a possible temp-to-perm position. It is full-time and fully in office in Frederick, MD. The hourly pay rate is $19-21 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
