Office Assistant - uBreakiFix

• Assist with call center operations.
• Correspond with Management to complete assigned tasks.
• Submit and reconcile various accounting reports in QuickBooks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documents and reports.
• Provide support for office operations and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes including audit.
• Assist with office policies and procedures.
• Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
• Handle audit functions of accounts, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Contact vendors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain a safe and neat office environment.
