POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing customer service and addressing any phone inquiries about services Attica Green Solutions offers. In addition, they manage technician schedules and perform various administrative tasks including overseeing mail deliveries, updating company records, maintaining supplies, and scheduling appointments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration and Customer Service
- Manage technician schedules
- Answer direct calls and address phone inquiries requesting basic company information
- Schedule and update appointments on Google Calendar
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Update and maintain company spreadsheets
- Help monitor and maintain company supplies
- Retrieve information when requested
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Looking at a computer monitor for sometimes long and continuous periods of time
- Occasionally standing, walking, reaching, and stooping
- Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Exposure to low to moderate noise level
- Frequently required to talk or hear.

EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent [Required]
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1+ years of experience managing office responsibilities [Required]
- 1+ years in customer service or a related field [Required]
- Availability on weekends [Required]

- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS
- Proficient computer skills
- High proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Maps, and Google Calendar
- Working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
