Office Assistant - Phaxis LLC

Assist various departments with day-to-day administrative and clerical duties, as well as special projects. This position requires phone contact, strong communication skills, superior organizational and customer service skills and the ability to multitask. We are looking for motivated candidates who are dependable and able to follow through. Must be a team player. Must be friendly, helpful (customer service oriented), computer proficient, good on the phone and have clear diction and a pleasant speaking voice. Must be able to type and be proficient in Word; Excel; PowerPoint.
