Office Assistant/ General Office Clerk - Ultimate Staffing Services

North Orange County company has an opening for an Office Assistant working with the Investor Team.

This will onsite Monday to Friday, hours 8:30-5:30pm

Duties:

Answer incoming calls

- Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request

- General data entry

- Analyze/ Investigate Information

- Communication with Internal Departments and Owners

Data Entry background

Must be organized and detailed

Requirements:

Recent office experience.

Spanish is a plus

Detailed oriented

Must be on time
