Payrate and Shift:

• Monday through Friday
• 8AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM - 5PM
• OT as needed
• $15-18/hr based on experience

Job Description:

• Handle inbound calls (multiple lines) and emails from customers professionally and in a friendly manner
• Greet and welcome visitors
• Assist in order processing by checking the accuracy of orders entered into the system
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Maintain and organize files, documents, and records, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality
• Manage office supplies inventory, ordering as needed
• Provide support to different departments as required including sales, order entry, marketing, accounting, assembly, etc.
• Support team members by taking on responsibilities during absences, peak times, or special projects

MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma or equivalent; An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and adaptable attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
