Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Job Title:
- Provide support and assist the receptionist with coverage and additional ad-hoc requests that they have received from employees.
- Oversee the distribution of supplies, including food services, multiple times per month.
- Support and execute two major company events; summer and holiday events; and other employee engagement activities throughout the year.
- Provide general administrative support to leaders for ad hoc projects.
Required Skills for the Job Title:
- 3+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills

Compensation Details: $29-$30/hr
