Office Assistant - PrideStaff

We have partnered with our Irving client to help them find temporary help with an Office Assistant! Although this position is temporary, it is long-term and there is a possibility for permanency.

This position is 100% onsite. 

Compensation: $18-20/hr

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Duties:

• Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls to the proper place after proper screening
• Assist Sales Department with sales/marketing initiatives
• Assist Accounting Department with accounts receivable, including pay applications, tracking, follow-up, and collections
• Accurately maintain company files on a regular basis
• Tracking and ordering of office supplies
• Maintain office asset/equipment lists
• Assist Operations Department as-needed.
• Efficient and timely performance of administrative assignments
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Ability to carry out responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Adherence to policies, procedures and instructions
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Maintain a clean office environment, including, but not limited to, personal work area, conference rooms, and break areas.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an office
• Office assistant or administrative assistant background a big plus
