Office Assistant (Kauai)
Bishop & Company is seeking an Office Assistant that will provide administrative support to the dealership’s business office in Lihue in Kauai.
Job Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions for the parts and service departments.
- Process purchase orders for vendor payments.
- Post third-party warranty claim payments weekly and process invoices for final closing.
- Responsible for filing and maintenance of records log, as well as managing supply inventory.
- Assist customer’s inquires on the phone and redirect calls to appropriate department.
- Assist the Business Office Manager with various clerical needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
- Typing 25 wpm and 10-key by touch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, customer-savvy, organized, and professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounts payable experience
- Driver’s license (to make runs to the DMV, financial institutions)
- Job Type: Temporary Oppo
- Pay: $20.77/hr
- Location: Lihue, Kauai
- Hours: 8am-5pm
