- POSITION SUMMARY
- Performs variety of clerical duties to include but not limited to greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, preparation of patient charts, verifying insurances, collecting payments, etc.

- High School Diploma or equivalent strongly preferred

- Experience Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) months general clerical experience, preferably in medical environment, preferred but not required
- Customer relation skills, required
- Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval, required
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred, but not required
- Experience with computer appointments helpful, but not required
