This position is contract-to-hire with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
In this role, you’ll be using your strong attention to detail and customer service skills to respond to inquiries about advertised organization events, services, and registration process
If you love working with lots of moving parts and interacting with people on a daily basis, you’ll enjoy the customer support component of this role, ensuring high satisfaction for all
Tasks include:
Promptly responding to a large volume of phone and email inquiries
Managing the calendar and logistics for events or appointments.
Communicating with vendors for event planning and onsite services.
Assisting with on-site registration during events or conferences, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
Preparing registration reports, tracking attendance, and providing relevant data to event organizers.
Using Salesforce to document information for events and run reports to support planning/implementation.
Serving as the backup administrative assistant to various office functions.
Office Assistant Requirements:
At least 2 years of recent event planning or administrative assistant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google (Salesforce a plus).
Ability to create/maintain solid business relationships with clients, vendors, etc.
Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and decision-making skills.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
The Office Assistant role is a full-time role with hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
This is a contract-to-hire position onsite in the Greenfield area
The pay rate is $19.00 per hour
