BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Office Assistant for our Customer Experience department. This is a great career opportunity for a detail-oriented person with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Essential Functions:
+ Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate individual or department, and take messages as needed.
+ Receive deliveries and visitors, manage visitor access, and maintain logs
+ Voice mail and e-mail retrieval and subsequent transcription to logs and accounts
+ Mail management to include preparation of outbound physical mail pieces and processing and distribution of inbound physical mail pieces, including facsimiles
+ Postage management, maintaining an adequate supply of physical and electronic postage and maintaining records of purchase and use
+ Image electronic and paper media to BCA’s proprietary imaging system referred to as B-Cat
+ Retrieval of information and transcription to accounts to assist in downstream processes
Job Requirements
+ Required to work from our office located at 18001 Old Cutler Road, Miami, FL 33157
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Previous experience working in an administrative support role
+ A working knowledge of patient co-pays, deductibles, financial assistance and/or charity care, hospital billing, and medical insurance would be a plus
+ Customer service mindset
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities
+ Exceptional reading, writing and oral communication skills
