This individual will be a key player in our office, supporting various functions to ensure smooth operations. This role involves interacting with internal and external customers, handling routine administrative tasks, and assisting with office management. No prior insurance experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and aid with policy and account-related questions.
Perform routine office tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
Participate in training and seminars to build skills and knowledge relevant to the role and our industry.
Support the overall strategy and goals of the organization and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, including retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and adapt your communication style as needed.
Proficiency in PC and office software.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
