JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative support functions for the Division.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three (3) years of office administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
Must pass a background check prior to starting.

Maintain and record assets in asset management system.
Review and balance money collected.
Serves as Records Coordinator Back-Up with complying with GRAMA report cases and all related policies and procedures
Maintain and process accounts receivable.
Backup support to office clerical staff.
Complete tasks as assigned.
Must complete a background check
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
Basic financial bookkeeping skills
IT experience preferred
Proficient with Excel and Word.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS POSITION
The job is 10-15 hours a week.
Must be able to come work in the office a minimum of 3 days/week.
This position may require lifting up to 20 lbs (office paper and various office supplies
