Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to perform various administrative tasks, maintain office organization, and support the daily operations of the office.
Pay Range:
$15.00 - $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain records.
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with scheduling and office supply management.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and multitasking skills.
