Company/Location Overview:Iron Bull Distillery is a part of the Sazerac Company. We are in Halethorpe, Maryland and offer a great work culture, competitive compensation and benefits as well as a focus on work/life balance. We are currently searching for a professional and reliable Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a newly created position at IBD. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and high levels of customer service orientation.
Job Description/Responsibilities:Overview: The purpose of the position is to provide wide-ranging administrative support including general reception tasks and answering/directing calls. Additional responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail; invoice control, receiving and distributing all deliveries, preparing bank deposits for all cash/check receipts; ordering all plant office supplies. The Office Coordinator also maintains water fountains, copy machine, vending machines and break rooms. Additional responsibilities include ordering food and beverage for plant events, performing visitor management through the security system and providing overall administrative support on an as needed basis.
- Duties include general reception tasks including answering calls. Provides overall administrative support on an as needed basis.

- Maintain an accurate priority list. Complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion. Develop and monitor progress towards accomplishment of priorities, projects and tasks.
- Maintain and compile reports such as visitor logs, office supply inventories, safety leading and lagging indicator data, invoice coding for accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting thereby avoiding penalties and business interruption. Review and code all invoices related to Plant Admin account. Track expenses related to the office supplies account. Escalate AP issues as needed.
- Work with manager to identify skill development needs; create and execute a plan for improving at least one skill area each year.
- Update written procedures detailing the process flows of each major area of responsibility in prescribed SOP format. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices for all visitors, contractors and vendors. Ensure all guests, vendors, contractors are processed through the visitor management security system and educated on plant protocols.
- Utilize CDS to determine training needs and identify curriculum, programs and content to prepare for career opportunities within the company. Provide feedback to manager regarding on-the-job learning opportunities.

PREFERRED
- Yes Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
- Experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry or CPG overall
- Associates degree in a business related field
- 3 years relevant experience (minimum)
