ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Office Coordinator is dedicated to compliance, record-keeping, project management, scheduling, and following highly-organized and detail-oriented processes. Your duties will include the following:

• Provide excellent record-keeping and information management
• Relay detailed messages from office to other applicable team members
• Maintain complete and organized files and records
• Conduct ongoing Client satisfaction, service, and care evaluation by person and via phone
• Provider backup support for Scheduler, optimizing hours and scheduling Caregivers and Clients as needed during any vacancy or absence
• Assist customers with professional, can-do attitude
• Manage office operations
• Plan and prepare for events and orientations
• Cultivate an inventory of ongoing office supply needs
• Create and maintain an orderly, clean, and professional office

Requirements

• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance  

• Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
