Monday-Friday
8 AM - 4 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
- Develop and maintain a filing system;
- Order office supplies;
- Book travel arrangements;
- Provide general support to visitors;
- Other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Type minimum 45 wpm accurately (preferred);
- Proven administrative experience;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an office environment;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced skills (preferred);
- Excellent grammatical and spelling skills;
- Self-starter able to work independently;
- Excellent customer service;
- Ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Salary
