Office Coordinator
Correct Temp HVAC, Methuen, MA. Proudly serving homeowners and businesses in Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 1996! We provide service, maintenance, indoor air quality, and installation solutions to our customers.
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, dispatching service technicians, scheduling service/sales calls, typing quotes and proposals, filing, and other office duties.

Pay Rate: up to $25.00 an hour, we pay based on experience
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with half hour lunch
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers when they come in to office
- Answering multi-line phone
- Scheduling/coordination of service techs
- Scheduling sales estimators appointments
- Creating job folders and working with our project managers as needed
- Maintaining sales tracker.
- All office filing
- Typing customer quotes/ proposals as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 3 + years related experience in customer service, schedule coordinating
- HVAC industry experience desired
- Scheduling experience
- Stellar customer service skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
- Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Organized with excellent time management skills
