Division Administrator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

POSITION SUMMARY:Provides general clerical support and assistance in an office environment on a higher level which may include duties in multiple departments

Division Administrator Qualifications:

• Use logical, step-by-step procedures in work

• Work with great accuracy • Perform the same work repeatedly • Knowledge of general business and company procedures

• Proficient typing of 50 - 55 WPM • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Must be courteous, professional and diplomatic in dealing with external contacts

• High School Diploma required • Associates in Accounting a plus

• 3 to 5 years’ experience required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
