Assist the Risk Management Department with daily clerical work, data entry, and legal invoicing updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with updating Origami claims billing
- Send legal invoices to accounts to be processed
- Perform daily Origami data entry
- Attend incoming phone calls
- Prepare reports in Excel
- Place office supply orders in Fusion
- Prepare shipments and FedEx labels
- Update daily pest control service site sheets in the system
- Enter pest control orders in Fusion
- Manage the legal calendar
- Provide administrative assistance to the Risk Team
- Assist with other duties as requested
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Answer calls
- Perform data entry
Experience
- One year of administrative experience or tenure in an office setting
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus
Skills/Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
- Calendar management
- Administrative support
- Bilingual
