As the Office Manager at IT Management Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will be responsible for managing various office administrative tasks while also supporting the accounting functions of the business. 7+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment.Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate employee payments.Reconcile bank statements and financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting.Assist with project cost tracking and financial reporting for management.Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, as well as with local, state, and federal regulations.Handle office-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.Category: Administrative, Keywords: Office Manager
