The Role:
Digible, Inc. is looking for a part-time office coordinator and receptionist to join our team! We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to ensure smooth operations of our Denver office. This role would be expected to work in our Englewood based office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 8a to 5p MST.
This role is essential in managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing general support to employees in the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The office coordinator and receptionist will be the point person for all things in the office and will work with the Employee Experience department to ensure that we are creating a joyful, organized and productive office experience for everyone!

What you'll do:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and clean office environment.
- Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries, including facility management and IT support coordination.
- Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and equipment, ordering as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and the weekly in office lunch.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing workstations and coordinating necessary resources for new hires.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers to resolve issues.
- Maintain office schedules and calendars for meetings, conference rooms, and coordinate with the executive assistant on travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support for leadership and team members, including document preparation, expense reports, and other tasks as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, including safety protocols and office policies related to health and well-being.

- Operational Efficiency: The office consistently runs smoothly, with supplies well-stocked, equipment functioning properly, and minimal disruptions to daily activities.
- Employee Satisfaction: Positive feedback from employees and visitors indicates a welcoming, well-maintained, and organized office environment.
- Event and Meeting Support: Company events, meetings, and employee onboarding processes are executed seamlessly, with all logistics well-coordinated and timelines met.
You should have:
- 1 to 2 years of prior experience in an office coordinator or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay, perks, and such:
- Salary Range: $40,000-$48,000
- 3-Day Work Week (24 Hour Work Week - no work on Fridays, ever!)
