HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with an autoparts distribution company in Phoenix, Arizona, to fill the position of Data Entry Office Administrator. This role offers flexible options for full-time or part-time work, with a focus on managing data entry and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Position: Data Entry Office Admin Assistant
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time; In-Person
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for various business operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer information.
• Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring all data is current and correctly filed.
• Assist with general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure that all data entry and administrative tasks are completed with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure that orders are processed and tracked correctly.
• Manage office supplies and ensure that the office environment is organized and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of office admin/accounting/hr related experience - e.g. P&L, balance sheet, month-end Financial report, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in English/Mandarin or Spanish/English is highly preferred.
