Recently, Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. Responsibilities
- Lead the collection of Environmental Project Declarations (EPDs) for construction projects within OGS D&C’s portfolio.
- Maintain database of EPDs collected on construction projects within OGS D&C’s portfolio.
- Communicate among a wide range of groups and individuals involved in a project to ensure EPD submittals are completed accurately.
- Consult with D&C Project Managers, D&C Team Leaders, consultant architects and engineers regarding EPD submittals.
- Provide feedback to supervisor regarding improvements to EPD collection process based on experience leading and maintaining the database.
- Represent the Division of EPCI as a stakeholder in the EO22 Embodied Carbon Working Group, with support from supervisor.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Landscape Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation, with sufficient knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
- Professional experience in preparing, implementing or reviewing plans and technical specifications, coordinating and communicating with construction material manufacturers and suppliers, and document control.
- Experience advancing initiatives from development through implementation and completion.
- Demonstrates an interest in advancing sustainability and resiliency within the built environment.
- Ability to take direction from project managers and mentors to execute project assignments.
- Ability to work within inter-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot process based challenges and technical issues.
- Competent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical writing proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Access including, but not limited to, database development and data collection.
- Envision, Well-Building or LEED certification is a plus.

- Compensation: Minimum: $31.00ph Maximum: $40.00ph
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location
