Office, HVAC Sales Lead Coordinator (SLC) - Dana's Heating, Inc.

About Us:

• Dana's Heating is a family owned and operated retrofit, add-on, and replacement HVAC contractor with a full service department.
• We believe in training and utilize both in-house and outside sources to keep our employees as up to date as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Dana's Heating's SLC staff performs a variety of functions from answering customer phone calls, to setting up various schedules, to working with our Comfort Advisors, and more.
• Our staff works with a number of computer programs Including:
  • FieldEdge dispatch software
  • QuickBooks accounting
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • FleetSharp
  • And more

Wage Range:

• $17 - $24 / Hour

Requirements:

• Must enjoy talking people on the phone and communicate well.
• Must be task and detail oriented.
• Have ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Have basic knowledge of Office 365 and its components.
• Be available for work shifts between 7:00AM and 6:00PM
