Job Title: Operations and Office Manager

Salary: $38,000/year - $40,000/year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Office Manager with strong task management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be quick, responsible, and capable of handling various operational needs across stores and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Task Management & Coordination: Efficiently prioritize and handle tasks with a sense of urgency, ensuring swift completion of time-sensitive activities.
• Store Maintenance & Reporting: Oversee the condition of equipment at stores, perform minor repairs, and provide detailed maintenance reports.
• Marketing Materials: Receive, manage, and provide feedback on marketing materials. Handle urgent printing and transfer of materials between stores.
• Supplies & Budget Management: Manage office supplies and track budget expenses for office maintenance.
• Minimal Office Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing locks, mounting shelves, and using basic mechanical tools.
• Mail Management: Check mailboxes regularly, handle company mail, and distribute incoming mail to relevant departments.
• Operational Tasks: Address day-to-day operational needs such as contacting vendors, purchasing items, and solving operational issues quickly.
• Equipment Checks: Inspect equipment at stores and either perform necessary repairs or identify tools and resources required.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for managing and reporting data.
• Excellent task management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to handle basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive and capable of working with a sense of urgency.
• Good to have a car for commuting and task handling (not required, but preferred).
