About the Job
Melo Roofing is growing! We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with good multi-tasking skills, including Administrative Assistant, data entry, and customer service knowledge.
Highly effective detail orientated on task induvial
- Manage large amounts of inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow company script when answering calls
- Provide world-class customer service
- Determine if customer's needs can be met by the company
- Take thorough notes about customers' issues & relay to reps
- Direct calls to appropriate departments
- Have a high sense of energy & personable when talking to customers
- Address any questions & concerns
- Seize opportunity to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in phone system database in a comprehensive way
- Handle all incoming & outgoing mail
- Document all payments by photographing & uploading them onto company databases
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Familiar with technology
- High degree of self-confidentiality is required
- Must be self-starter, goal-oriented, cooperative
- Must be organized and systematic in work
- Fluent ability to operate different phone applications
- Precise in communication
- Strong work ethic
- Positive and polite
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, & manage time effectively
- Ability to problem-solve
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Active listening skills
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Able to work independently & be self-sufficient

Schedule:
- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Syracuse, NY 13204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Office receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
