1.    Care Coordination – building and managing a team of Caregivers (PCA, CNA, LPN, RN). You will communicate and work collaboratively with your team to meet patient/client’s needs are met. Ensuring patient and staff satisfaction in all cases.

2. Billing of clients.

3. Handling of employee payroll.

4.     Ensuring standards of quality of care (via policies and procedures of company and state) are maintained.

5.     Aligning department’s goals with that of the company

6.     You should be customer focused – ensuring that the care delivered is superior and customer focused. Note that you are the leader of a team of caregivers delivering medical and non-medical care. It is through your leadership and support that your team delivers superior care and preventing harm.
