Location: Atlanta (Tucker area)
Pay Range: $55 - 62K
Hours: M-F, 8am -5pm
PrideStaff is working with a highly rated small business in the Tucker / Northlake area that is seeking an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in office or operations management, preferably with a track record of effectively supporting team members in the field. A familiarity with benefits administration and general HR practices is also ideal.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Field Staff Support:
- Manage scheduling for all sales consultants and installation specialists across our three metro markets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting field staff concerns, resolving issues that arise to maintain seamless customer service and support.
Human Resources:
- Lead recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Update and maintain the employee handbook to reflect current company policies and industry standards.
- Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance, as well as our 401(k) plan for approximately two dozen employees.
- Coordinate annual negotiations for commercial auto, medical/dental, and general liability insurance to secure cost-effective and comprehensive coverage.
Fleet Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and licensing of our fleet of 20+ vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and contracts for services and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, record-keeping, and other regulatory standards.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes in collaboration with the accounting department.
Qualitifications:
- 2+ years proven experience in office or operations management, preferably with track record of effectively supporting team members in the field.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, and general HR practices.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 Per Year
