Smile Boutique Implant Center is seeking an Office Manager who can elevate our practice by ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional patient care that speaks to the luxury experience that our patients expect when they step foot in our practice.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & Manage Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, from patient scheduling to team coordination.
- Financial Oversight: Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other financial responsibilities to maintain the financial health of the practice.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of dental professionals, ensuring that each member is empowered, organized, and motivated to deliver excellent patient care.
- Patient Care Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they have a seamless experience from their initial consultation through treatment.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the practice adheres to industry standards and regulations while maintaining a high standard of patient safety and care.
