About the Job
Specialty construction firm in southern part of Covington KY is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their firm because the current person is retiring!
This is a Monday-Friday 8a-430p position, targeting $20-24/hr depending on skills and experience
Ideal Experience --
- Quickbooks for both AP and AR
- Bank Reconciliation
- Coordinating and submitting payroll to third party platform
- Experience talking to customers to document service or warrant needs
- Ideally experience with AIA Construction invoicing
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of QuickBooks
- Experience with both AP and AR
- Construction Invoicing
- Associates degree, or equivalent experience
- Positive, upbeat attitude for the key office person for a small firm. experience.
This position reports to the Owner and is responsible for all the accounting related to their business. Accounts Payable for suppliers and materials vendors, payroll, invoicing and accounts receivable. Will be looking to grow into taking some project coordination tasks to ensure the crew has everything it needs and has the right priorities.
