Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a successful, family-owned company to find an Office Manager to join their team working from their Reedsburg office.
What's the role?
Our client is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join that team as their Office Manager. This role is responsible for managing their office ensuring all administrative functions of the company flow smoothly with a special focus on completing all the company's bookkeeping. Specifically, this role will work in QuickBooks Online to complete accounts receivable, accounts payable, billings, invoicing, etc. In addition, the role will interact with customers by phone, email, and in-person greeting them at the front desk when they arrive.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong, full-cycle bookkeeping skills to fully manage the books for the business
- Intermediate to advanced skills in QuickBooks Online
- Customer service skills for interacting with customers daily
- General administrative skills
- Intermediate computer skills including in Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a related role as a bookkeeper or office manager
- 2 year accounting degree a plus, but equivalent experience is fine
What will my schedule look like?
This role works onsite at the Reedsburg office Monday through Friday 8 am-5:00 pm with typical breaks. No weekends or travel! As a family-owned company, the schedule is flexible when appointments and personal/family needs arise.
