About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, coordinating with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain office facilities, including cleanliness, repairs, and security.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and manage HR-related administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
