📋 What You'll Do:
As the Office Manager, you will be the driving force behind our office operations and the leader responsible for ensuring both our CSRs and service teams consistently deliver 5-star customer service. This is a critical role where you will oversee day-to-day activities, lead the CSR team to meet performance goals, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers from the first call to the completion of the job.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Motivation: Provide strong leadership to our CSR team, coaching them to hit performance benchmarks and deliver exceptional service with every customer interaction
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure both the CSR and service teams provide consistent 5-star customer service that aligns with our company values
- Team Collaboration: Foster communication and coordination between the office and field teams (Plumbing, HVAC, Septic, and Water Damage Restoration) to deliver smooth and efficient customer experiences
- Goal-Driven Success: Set clear goals for the CSR team, track progress, and implement strategies to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office functions, including scheduling, customer inquiries, and administrative support for the field teams
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and maintain office records in compliance with company policies
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems to better support both the office and field teams

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a leadership role, preferably in the home services industry (Plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet and exceed goals
- A customer service champion who is passionate about delivering 5-star service
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with goal-setting, performance tracking, and driving team success
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus, but not required
