Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee clinic operations, manage patient flow, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Implement systems to streamline efficiency and maintain high standards in patient care.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop your team, ensuring alignment with our mission of patient-centered care. Conduct regular team meetings, set clear KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
• Financial Management: Oversee billing, insurance claims, and daily transactions with accuracy. Prepare operational reports and offer strategic insights to leadership.
• Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional patient service by optimizing scheduling, follow-ups, and care plan adherence, fostering trust and long-term relationships.

***This position requires being at the office Mon/Wed 6:45am - 5:30pm and
Tue/Thurs 7:45am - 6:30pm. Please do not apply if you can't commit to this work schedule.***
