Office Manager - Broad Reach Healthcare

Broad Reach Healthcare is looking for a FULL-TIME Office Manager to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

In this role you will be the point of reference for our organization's collective workforce. You will ensure the office administration operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives.

Office Manager Responsibilities

• Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
• Provide admin support to various business areas including HR & Recruitment, Marketing, Information Systems, Financial Services and more
• Communicate with office vendors and service providers
• Organize office operations, including order and stock for office supplies
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, including celebrations and conferences
• Oversee the schedules of a team of 4 front-of-house receptionists
• Keep credentials for contractors organized

Office Manager Requirements and Skills

• Experience in an administrative role
• Experience managing Compensation and Benefits programs is a plus
• Strong IT skills (MS Office applications, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize important projects
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication and negotiation skills
