Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager/Client Manager to join our team in Wall, NJ. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing a team of 3 to 4 direct reports, and maintaining a high standard of client retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask across various functions, including sales oversight, client retention, scheduling support, and production review of in-field staff. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth office operations and team guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 3 to 4 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Sales Oversight: Monitor and oversee sales activities, ensuring targets are met and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and professional environment.
Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling duties as needed, ensuring smooth coordination of team and client appointments.
Production Review: Regularly review the performance of in-field staff, providing feedback and support to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Office Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that processes run efficiently and staff are well-supported.
Staff Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to office staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management, client management, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive mindset in client interactions.
Ability to handle scheduling tasks and oversee production activities.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
