Office Manager – Community Support Program
Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., one of the largest providers of community-based behavioral health services in New Hampshire, is seeking an Office Manager to support our adult outpatient Community Support Program.
As the Office Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all administrative support functions for the Community Support Program, and direct supervision for a team of support staff. This team supports all business operations for the program.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the business office operations, accounts receivable functions and business development
- Obtain benefit verifications, manage problem accounts, and initiate revenue-maximizing processes
- Provide support for daily function to support staff as needed to maintain productivity and efficient work flows
- Deliver and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Provide leadership and organizational structure to the department
- Facilitate communication amongst staff, clients and other agencies
- Communicate with maintenance/IT departments on building and technology needs
- Provides training and education to staff to increase revenue/deliverables
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Five years’ experience in diversified office work preferred.
- Three plus years’ of supervisory experience including hiring and training new employees preferred.
- Extensive experience with insurance carriers is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and general office productivity software as well as use of an electronic medical record is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle or access to a reasonable alternative is required.
