About the Job
We are looking for a good person to fill the role of Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess professionalism at its finest while also maintaining a freedom to work alongside like-minded and fun professionals. We design, manufacture and install a product that is unique and niche in our market. The growth is amazing and we need someone to handle the daily office management tasks and duties as outlined below.
- Become a member of a team that values employees first
- Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain and manage the office calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled
- Schedule travel arrangements for installation crews including hotels, flights, rental cars, etc.
- Manage all travel expenses for team
- Worked exclusively with an ERP system in the cloud for all business processes
- Manage business office operations and personnel
- Perform supplier/vendor management functions A/P
- Create and manage A/R for accounts
- Manage inventory systems
- Assist with customer service functions & schedule service
- Manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery
- Create correspondence
- Financial Reporting
- Organize and maintain electronic filing
- Handle special projects
- Executive assistant to various personnel as needed
Requirements
- A good human being
- Minimum of seven (7) years Office Management experience
- Minimum of seven (7) years Bookkeeping & Accounting experience
- Formal Accounting training
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Zoho Software knowledge and experience
- Proficiency with office suite applications (spreadsheets, document editor, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
