Office Manager - Utah Valley Pediatrics

Utah Valley Pediatrics is hiring an Office Manager for our Eagle Mountain-City Center Location!

This is an in-office, full-time position, working a typical Monday-Friday Schedule.

Role Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the daily operational activities of the clinic
• Personnel management and conflict resolution
• Assessing staffing needs, hiring, and training new team members
• Staff meetings and staff trainings
• Scheduling
• Payroll
• Equipment procurement and maintenance
• Facility maintenance
• Supply management and purchasing
• Accounts payable
• Budgeting
• Information Technology
• HIPPA, OSHA, and other governmental and regulatory compliance
• Other tasks as assigned by physicians and administration team

Skills Needed:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
• Must possess the ability to collaborate with physicians, the administrator, as well as the admin and billing teams.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Personnel management skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years management experience in a medical office setting and/or college degree.
• Experience in healthcare is required.
