Job Title: Office Manager/Executive Admin (Part-Time)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Part-Time Office Manager/Executive Admin. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support to executives, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the workplace. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Assist executives with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
- Office Operations:
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Pickup and open mail
- Make bank deposits
- Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, and external parties.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Travel Coordination:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives as required.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and document management.
- Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- HR Support:
- Support HR functions, including assisting with onboarding new hires.
- Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve administrative issues or challenges as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant desired.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
