Business Operations Associate

Position Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000+/annually
Location: Morristown, NJ

Position Summary:
The Business Operations Associate will provide multi-dimensional complex administrative support for Current’s Executive Team as well as support for development, deployment and operations of electric vehicle charging projects throughout the United States. Candidates shall possess a high level of integrity and be able to provide support for critical and confidential business operations.

This position will be located in our Morristown, New Jersey Office.

Specific duties:
• Provide proactive, efficient, and accurate executive level administrative support.
• Prepare summaries and analyses of information including the consolidation of input from reporting units.
• Create and prepare correspondence and reports using most advanced Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate details of projects and information gathering of reporting teams and business operations
• Organize complex meetings involving internal and external.
• Prepare materials and attend meetings and draft minutes as required.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across HHC and understands reporting relationships in order to manage work.
• Organize and maintain files for senior leadership in a complete, accurate and timely fashion, and suggest changes to system to meet changing needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.
• Strong computer skills.

Qualifications:
• Requires a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for combating climate change.
• 3 or more years of relevant progressive administrative experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills including drafting memos, presentations, reports
