Our employees are our greatest asset and we know it. We have an opportunity for an Office Manager to support our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Description:The Office Manager must be capable of leading office operations to support the agency Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO). Requires experience with providing analytical support to assist senior management with personnel decisions. Familiarity with human resource activities for Government personnel (e.g., time sheet inputs, leave, annual training, annual financial disclosure folders, maintaining of travel budgets).
Other responsibilities include:
- Team coordinator for approximately (5) admin specialists and (3) logistics analysts.
- Manage sponsorship program for organic personnel in- and out-processing from the agency.
- Facilitate coordinating meetings and scheduling of VTC/conference rooms in support of special programs conferences and briefings.
- Facilitate staffing of special programs packages requiring coordination at National Capital Region (NCR) HQ.
- Track and coordinate tasking/actions items assigned to Special Programs.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, briefings, and other products.
- Assist with human resource activities for government personnel including timecards, tracking leave/TDY/training, and personnel files.
- Manage office space and seating assignments for approximately 20 floor plans.
- Conduct special studies, perform a variety of analyses, and prepare various reports related to office operations and activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate recurring (daily/weekly) Special Programs meetings and maintain calendar of major events.
- Coordinate with other offices and agencies.
- Manage office files, file plans, and correspondence generated by office personnel.
- Manage SAPCO forms and publications library.
- Manage agency Special Programs Annual Awards Program.
- Manage and coordinate Program Manager Special Programs Orientation program.
- Maintain Special programs unclassified website portal.
- Perform additional security and administrative duties as required.
- Highly skilled and the SME with all the duties prescribed for an Office Manager's position (e.g., self-driven, expertly drive predictability in operations, planning, and goal setting, highly skilled managing tasks, action items, risks, schedules, etc.).
- Efficiently and proficiently support the SAPCO office operations (e.g., forward thinking, define and plan strategic priorities related to SAPCO's mission, expertly manage the SAPCO Director's calendar, and other duties associated with supporting the SAPCO Director, etc.).
- Expertly facilitate staffing of workflow packages, be a self-starter, creative thinker, skillful at processing business documents, etc.
- Overall, this position needs to be a person who possesses the required skills to masterfully execute all duties prescribed in the SOW...most important, he or she must be the subject matter expert in executing their duties skillfully without any supervision.
BS/BA degree.
10+ years of specialized experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Security Clearance:- This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance
