Overview:

Office Manager II – Department of Anesthesiology Critical Care Medicine (ACCM)

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am -5:00pm

 

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Office Manager II is responsible for the delivery of daily clerical and administrative office functions across the Department.  Provides these services directly and supervises administrative assistants/coordinators in these endeavors. Responsible for staff development, facilities management, materials management, coordinating paperwork and access for onboarding new hires and service excellence.

 

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory or office manager capacity preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education. 1 or more years of experience in a medical office/clinic setting preferred. Previous experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple senior leaders highly preferred. Expertise in calendaring, meeting coordination, meeting documentation (agendas, meeting minutes, ppt presentation formatting) and experience with administrative workflows (e.g., getting signatures, ordering supplies, phones) strongly preferred. Expertise with MS Office strongly preferred.

 

Education/Licensure/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
