About the Job
Construction company in Irvine is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The office manager will be responsible for accounting and payroll functions as well as provide administrative support to the CEO, Superintendent, and team out in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4PM [Can be flexible]
Location:
Irvine, Ca [100% onsite]
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank accounts & financial accounts
- Issuing invoices to & collecting payments from customers
- Issue payments to vendors & sub-contractors
- Preparing & submitting bi-weekly payroll
- Processing employees' timesheets & managing payroll
- Maintain all accounting & bookkeeping procedures
- Prepare & execute Docusign contracts
- Help with some HR duties such as onboarding
- Enter potential leads & approved jobs in Buildertrend software
- Assist CEO/Superintendant/Employees with day-to-day requests & inquires
- High school or equivalent required
- Strong standard software skills including, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks (required), Buildertrend, SurePayroll, Docusign
- At least 2 Years of experience in construction accounting or a similar field
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Excellent phone and customer service skills as you will be interfacing directly with customers
- Experience in the construction field is highly valued
