About the Job
Our client is seeking a qualified and detail oriented Office Manager to join their team.
Schedule: 30 hours / weekly
Rate: $25.00-$30.00/Hr.
Office Manager Job Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure that procedures and policies are followed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office budgets and track expenses.
Office Manager Qualifications:
- Previous Office Management experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Familiarity with software platforms
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
