What You'll Do:
As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your leadership will help maintain excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all staffing needs, from recruitment to performance reviews, creating a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Managing employee schedules, payroll, and time-off requests, ensuring seamless office operations.
- Driving staff development through educational competency, performance plans, and career growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with the management team to onboard new physicians and optimize practice performance.
- Maintaining financial integrity by handling daily deposits, petty cash reconciliation, and cost analysis.
- Leading monthly staff meetings to foster open communication and enhance office workflows.
- Acting as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Collaborating with marketing to promote office services and build relationships with vendors and referral partners.

What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a medical office, with a strong understanding of scheduling efficiency and patient flow.
- Proven leadership skills in a physician specialty office, with the ability to foster positive team relationships.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, general accounting, and budget management.
- Exceptional time management, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office, EHR systems, and general accounting knowledge.
- College degree in a health-related field (preferred).
- Experience in specialty medical practices (preferred).
