About the Job
Office Manager for a tech company in Manhattan. Must report to work in person. Mon-Fri approx 9am - 3pm. Opportunity to become a full-time position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversees general office operations
- Coordinates appointments and schedules and manages President’s calendars
- May assist President with some personal items
- Manages filing systems and office supplies
- Oversees staff interactions and responds to their queries on office management issues
- Monitors office management
- Oversees guest experience, sorts mail and answers direct phone calls
- Assists with planning in-house or off-site activities of the organization
- Assists President with ordering, and delivering food to the office as needed
- Arranges travel for President, including flight and hotel booking, and car rentals
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended

- Interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures
- Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or any related field or qualification or certification as an Administrative Officer or Secretary
- Two to four years of experience as an administrative or office manager
