Job Title: Operations Manager / Office
Responsibilities:
- Confident in engaging and communicating with clients effectively.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage task assignments efficiently.
- Ensure thorough documentation of all business activities and processes.
- Skilled in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications for daily operations.
- Supervise and manage graphic-related tasks to ensure quality and timely completion.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or dispatcher is necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- A professional appearance must be maintained at all times.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in basic math for problem-solving is necessary.
- Computer skills are preferred, with training provided on rental software.
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Must pass a company-administered drug screening.
- Must have a reliable attendance record.
- Full mobility and physical dexterity are required.
- Ability to follow and execute written, verbal, or scheduled instructions is essential.
- Must work well in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Patience and the ability to offer constructive feedback when necessary are key traits for this role.
Nature of the Work:
Prepare delivery and pick up schedule daily.
Assign appropriate staff to each route. Prolonged use of computer is likely.
As a management team employee, will represent department at store and management meetings.
